Tillerson calls out China and Russia over North Korea

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has claimed that Beijing and Moscow's ties with North Korea call into question their commitment to ending the nuclear crisis. Tillerson called out Beijing for continuing to allow crude oil to "flow" into repressive state, while Russia was accused of propping up the repressive regime of Kim Jong-Un by using North Korean laborers.
