Berlin-based start-up incubator Rocket Internet is making millions in losses. Some of its online-delivery and fashion shops are keeping it going. But shareholders shouldn't expect their investment to achieve lift-off any time soon, says Rocket CEO Oliver Samwer, as he is expecting a lean period.
