If you have to blow your nose, throw away the tissue, please.

Instructions: How do you make a Rotzfahne (literally, "snot flag"). First, you need a bad cold. The easiest way to get a cold is to go where there are lots of people: the subway, the office, the supermarket, or a restaurant. You're bound to be someone sneezing frequently, sending bacteria into the air. You don't have to do much more than stand very close to the sneezer. Now you have the cold too. Step two: A handkerchief must be found so that the mucus - commonly known as snot - can be blown from the nose. Scrunch the handkerchief up and now you have a Rotzfahne. Step three (for perfectionists): Throw the used tissues in a pile next to the bed and put them in the trash only when the cold is over. This ensures that the making of Rotzfahnen continues.
