In Ruanda, there’s a chasm between the capital Kigali and rural regions. Kigali residents have access to WiFi and fiber optic technology, while rural residents have next to no access to computers. The mobile computer buses are looking to change that. Equipped with generators and laptops, they offer village residents and schoolchildren a hands-on opportunity to learn about modern communications technology.
