'Safe Ukraine means a safe Europe'

Ukrainian premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk has told DW that if Russia respects borders and withdraws "terrorists" near Donetsk and Luhansk, the result will be a safer Ukraine. That, he said, would mean a more secure Europe.
