The addition of Croatia to the EU inspired a new series - Europe 28 - in which our reporter Mischa Heuer goes to all 28 EU state capitals to meet people who've been featured on Euromaxx some time in the past ten years. In this episode he reconnects with Portuguese singer Marta Miranda in Lisbon, who's been very busy with her band OqueStrada since we first met them back in 2010.
