We finish our series on Oktoberfest in Munich with a portrait of 46-year-old Stephanie Spendler who's boss of one of the biggest tents - the Löwenbrau. Her father - Wiggerl Hagn - is the longest-serving festival tent boss there, but it's Stephanie who does the real footwork, making sure everything runs smoothly. Not an easy job when on average 8,000 people are there at any one time.
