As we heard, Angela Merkel has been holding talks in Spain with prime minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero -- this ahead of a European Union summit in Brussels on Friday. The eurozone debt crisis will be high on the agenda again. Spain got a boost on Thursday when it raised three-and-a-half Bbillion euros on the bond markets at LOWER interest rates than last month. Madrid still faces major challenges, with a huge deficit and 20 percent unemployment - but Merkel says she's impressed with its latest reforms.
