Sparkling wines from Germany

Sparkling wine from the Menger-Krug vineyard west of Mannheim is served at the finest restaurants. Vintner Regina Menger-Krug and her husband Klaus use the traditional French champagne making method and let their sparkling wine ferment in the bottle. Connoisseurs appreciate its tiny bubbles and strong personality.
