For ten years now, flashmob videos have been all the rage on the Internet. The more unexpectedly people behave in public spaces, the more furor they stir up. New York's Charlie Todd has organized more than 100 such events.

Todd, an actor, has immortalized the majority of his flashmob pranks on YouTube. His most popular video dates from 2008 and has attracted 31 million hits. In "Frozen Grand Central," 200 volunteers suddenly froze in their tracks in the famous New York train station.
