Street vendors worry about Kenyan plastic ban

More than 40 countries, including China, France and Rwanda, have already put curbs on plastic bags - taxing, limiting their use. Kenya was the latest to get in line - with the harshest penalties to boot. A four-year jail sentence, for example. But especially small-scale vendors are worried about the new anti plastic laws impacting their livelihood.
