The foreign ministers of Germany, France and Britain have met in Brussels to reaffirm their commitment to the Iran nuclear deal following President Trump’s decision to withdraw the United States. Iran said it wanted guarantees that it will receive the economic benefits promised by the agreement. Can the Europeans salvage the deal?
