Almost every PC owner has virus scanners installed. Users are aware of the damage malware can do to their computers - and their lives. Smartphones are essentially miniature computers, and they've become such an integral part of many people's lives, often containing highly sensitive data. But not enough users seem to take the danger of viruses seriously. Yet the threat to mobile devices posed by malware has soared in recent years.
