On this week's show,  our hosts Nneota Egbe and Edith Kimani bring you more inspiring environmental stories from across Africa and Europe.

In Nigeria, we explore "Nowhere to Run," an award-winning film that looks at the problems caused by climate change such as desertification and water shortages and their links to the rise of threats such as Boko Haram.

We also take a trip to Ethiopia where one man is on a mission to plant millions of trees and save the country's forests. In Ghana, another Eco Hero is on a different kind of rescue mission - one to save frogs.

Finally, we go to Germany and visit with a family living in a passive home. This kind of house uses barely any energy for heating or cooling because it's built to rigorous energy-efficiency standards. Join us for all of this and more
