In the US, hurricane Harvey has devastated Houston leaving at least 35 dead and driving tens of thousands from their homes. Although warning systems have improved throughout the West, there are people who don't want to take any chances and are preparing themselves for emergency situations or disasters: they are called preppers. We meet one of them - Bastian Blum from Krefeld in western Germany.
