WorldLink: The wrecking ball hits Detroit

Detroit was once home to nearly two million people. Now, its population is less than half that, so the city has houses for more than one million people who no longer live there. Those houses are often crumbling, burnt shells that provide cover for drug sales, sexual assault, and other crimes. Eilís O’Neill reports from Detroit.
