Truffles are a delicacy worldwide, but they are hard to find. Giovanni Monchiero and four generations of his family have mastered how to train their canine companions to help sniff them out. They set up the one and only University for Truffle Hunting Dogs, near the town of Alba in the north-west Italian region of Piedmont, an area that's rich in truffles.
