We visit the Cologne restaurant "Vintage" for a true local delicacy: Rutabaga soup. After chef Anthony Ramos cooks the rutabaga, he adds some foam from a local "Kölsch" beer. This is a popular meal for local vegetarians as most of the specialties in this part of Germany include meat.
