Des « crimes contre l'humanité » en Syrie

La répression sanglante se poursuit en Syrie. Et l'organisation non-gouvernementale Amnesty International demande désormais que la Syrie soit traduite devant la Cour pénale internationale.

Dans la grande ville de Hama, située à environ 200 km au nord de Damas - la capitale - au moins 22 civils ont été tués par des forces de sécurité. C'est ce qu'affirme le chef de l'Organisation nationale des droits de l'Homme, Ammar Qorabi. De son côté, Amnesty International a publié un rapport sur les opérations de répression menées au mois de mai dernier dans la ville de Tel Kelakh et demande que la Syrie soit jugée par la Cour pénale internationale, comme l'explique le directeur-adjoint du programme Afrique Moyen-Orient, Philipp Luther (découvrez ci-dessous son interview).

Par ailleurs des militants pro-démocratie syriens ont appelé sur Facebook à une journée de "grève générale" jeudi dans tout le pays.
