Bunkasa sufurin jirgin kasa a Afirka

Kasashe irinsu na China na zuba jari na dubban miliyoyin dala don fadada tsarin sufurin jirgin kasa a Afirka. Manufa ita ce jigilar kayayyaki cikin sauki da araha tare da kyautata muhalli zuwa gabar teku.

A yankin kudancin Afirka, har yanzu babu isassun rumbunan ajiye kayayyaki ko kuwa albarkatun karkashin kasa a tsakanin kasashe irinsu Zambiya, Jamhuriyar Dimokiradiyyar Kwango ko Malawi. Saboda haka ne kasashen ketare masu sha'awar zuba jari a Afirka, ke hangen cewa dama ce babba ta samu ba wai na gina inda za a ajiye kayan kadai ba, har ma da yadda za a fitar da su daga kasashen da suke gabar ruwa, zuwa kasashen da ke can ciki ta hanyar amfani da jiragen kasa.

To sai dai ba a riga an makara ga Jamus da sauran kasashen Turai su samu wannan dama ba na shiga a dama da su wajen shimfida layin dogon ba, inji Christian Vosseler na bankin KfW. Domin misali Jamus ta hanyar bankin za ta ba da milliyan 200 na bashi ga Afirka ta Kudu, musamman ma bisa dalilai na muhalli. Shi ya sa ma a shirin da suke yi na shiga a dama da su, suke neman na'urorin hadawa wadanda ba za su gurbata muhalli ba.

"Sashen sufuri ne da ma ya fi gurbata yanayi a kasar. A Afirka ta Kudu da kewaye, hayakin motoci ne suka fi gurbata yanayi inda hayakin da salansa ke fitarwa yake bude ko'ina. Shi ya sa muke goyon bayan gina jiragen kasar."

Bacin wannan dama da ake gani na gina layin dogon da zai taimaka wa sufuri a Afirka, wani babban kalubale kuma shi ne kasashe 24 a nahiyar, kowace da shugaban kasa da ma ministocin kula da sufurinsu wadanda kowane na da irin manufar siyasar da suke aiki da ita. Saboda haka zai yi wahala su zama iri daya, sai dai wasu sun yi imanin cewa wannan ma zai sauya.
