Wakristo waripotiwa kukimba machafuko nchini Nigeria

Wakristo wanaripotiwa kuendelea kuyakimbia maeneo ya kaskazini mwa Nigeria baada ya mfululizo wa mashambulizi yanayofanywa na wanamgambo wa kundi la waislamu wenye itikadi kali, Boko Haram.

Mashambulio hayo yamesababisha vifo vya kiasi ya watu 30 tangu Alhamis.

Waumini wanane waliuwawa katika mashambulizi ya hivi karibuni ambayo yanadaiwa kufanywa na kundi hilo katika kanisa moja huko Yola, mji mkuu wa jimbo la Adamawa.

Awali wakristo wengine 17 waliuwawa kwa kupigwa risasi katika mji mwingine uitwao Mubi katika jimbo hilo hilo. Wanamgambo wa Boko Haram wametishia kuwauwa  Wakristo zaidi kama hawataondoka katika eneo linalokaliwa na Waislamu. Boko Haram linataka kuanzishwa kwa sharia za Kiislamu nchini Nigeria.

Wiki iliyopita Rais Goodluck Jonathan alitangaza hali ya hatari upande wa kaskazini mwa Nigeria baada ya kuuawa kwa watu 49 siku ya Krismas.
