中共中央政治局排名第4位的常委俞正聲表示,在下個月舉行的中共中央會議上,政府將就進一步深入社會改革做出決定。據中國官媒新華社周六報導,俞正聲表示中國將開始的改革是空前的,中國的經濟,社會和其他領域將因此發生巨大變化。據消息靈通人士稱,中國國家主席習近平上任不久就在今年年初宣佈,將通過改革而不是財政援助促進經濟持續增長。今年前3個季度,中國經濟增長達到7,7%,從而實現了全年經濟增長7,5%的目標。但這一目標卻是中國23年來經濟增長的最低數字。
