不理會鄰國北韓的警告,俄羅斯駐平壤大使館周三(4月10日)照常開館辦公。一名新聞參贊對國際文傳電訊社表示,平壤局面平靜,使館工作正常進行,俄方沒有疏散人員的計劃。使館發言人同時表示,俄羅斯在韓國首都首爾的代表處也不會關閉。北韓外務省上周向各國發出警告說,隨著4月10日後朝鮮半島有可能發生軍事衝突,北韓政府將不能擔保外國駐朝外交人員的安全。北韓方面同時提醒外國人離開韓國。
