Ziehl-Abegg Fans & Motors Shanghai is an OEM manufacturing company and industrial supplier for industrial axial and centrifugal fans as well as external rotor motors.

We are looking for a new team member in our production department to reinforce our operation process and business activities in China and Asia:

Job description:

• Production Operation and Efficiency:
  Take the responsibility for the production operation in an efficiency way and a continuous improvement process
• Production Quality
  Take the responsibility for the production Quality: Quality always first
• Order Fulfillment – Fulfill the Work and Sales Orders in Time
  Take the responsibility to produce in Time – 99% delivery in Time
• Operation Organization:
  Capacity and Men Power Planning – Shift Organization
• Equipment Maintenance and Team Development:
  Take care of the production equipment and educate the production team
• Take the responsibility for the material booking
  (incoming and outgoing goods and components with an professional ERP-system)
• Support the plant management to work out stock statistics, documents, etc.
• Support the finance department to prepare the monthly and annual stock reports
• Other miscellaneous items related to efficient operation of the company

Requirements:

• Technical college degree or Bachelor degree
• Interested in Operation management
• Good computer knowledge (MS-Office)
• One or two year working experience at least
• Ready to work in the next 2 month
• Supposition: good English requirements
• Requirement: good English – CET 4 a must (better CET 6)
