自1979年伊朗伊斯兰革命以来,美国和伊朗两国国家元首第一次进行了直接对话:美国总统奥巴马透露,他与伊朗总统鲁哈尼(Hassan Rohani)通了电话。在这段历史性的谈话中,双方就备受争议的伊朗核计划交换了意见。奥巴马表示对全面解决冲突抱有信心。不过目前还存在一些“重大的障碍”。据悉,关于伊朗核问题的国际谈判将于10月中旬在日内瓦继续。
