“NSU”案恢复庭审

中断一星期后,被视为德国战后史上最重要审判案之一的“NSU(国家社会主义地下组织)案”今天(5月14日)恢复庭审。这个极右翼恐怖组织被控犯有袭击罪、抢劫罪和系列谋杀罪,在多年时间里先后杀害8名在德土耳其人和希腊人及一名德国警察。主被告贝亚特·切培(Beate Zschäpe)和另外4名从属被告被押解到庭。5月6日,该案开庭首日即因辩护方提出针对主审法官的“回避申请”而中断。控方指责辩护方使用拖延战术。主审法院—慕尼黑高等州法院近日裁决驳回“回避申请”。为保障庭审安全,当局出动了约350名警察。与一周前庭审首日不同,今天在法院前未发生示威活动。
