Woher kommst du? – Where are you from?

Woher kommen Sie? – Where are you from?

Ich komme aus Russland. – I'm from Russia.

Wir kommen aus der Türkei. – We're from Turkey.

Ich komme aus der Nähe von Berlin. – I come from near Berlin.
