50 years of DW English broadcasting to Africa

This year DW English for Africa is turning 50. It is a good age when you come to think of it, and we would like to celebrate this wonderful moment with all our friends around the world by a competition.

There are great prizes to be won in our birthday competition. You could soon be the proud owner of a brand new radio, MP3 player or a popular DW T-shirt. Just send us an email, or a letter, plus some accompanying photographs, telling us the following:
