a la carte: Saddle of Rabbit with Asparagus Risotto

We went to Brandenburg which is traditionally known as Germany’s vegetable garden. We met up with Guido Kachel, chef of the Phillipsthal restaurant to watch him prepare a local dish consisting of freshly harvested asparagus and wild garlic.
