The Paurat family from Bremerhaven generate their own electricity using two wind turbines on the roof of their house. The Paurat’s say it’s a good way to save money while protecting the environment. The small wind turbines have an output of 800 watts. Some skeptics say this is too little power to make it a practical solution, but supporters call it the wave of the future.
