African governments fail to invest in the digital space

Youth employment continues to be a major challenge not only on the African continent but globally. One young Ghanaian Tom-Chris Emewulu has taken up that challenge to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers through his organization Stars From All Nations. This is what he told DW.
