AmCham Germany: Punitive tariffs are no good long-term

The American Chamber of Commerce in Germany has said tariffs on steel and aluminum imports may harm the US economy. DW talked to AmCham's Eveline Y. Metzen, who said her colleagues didn't believe in protectionism.
