"Legal Highs” can be purchased easily over the Internet. Often, these chemical cocktails are officially sold as bath salts or herbal mixtures. Sometimes, their effects haven't been scientifically tested at all - even though they can be as lethal as illegal drugs. The center of the trade is London, and authorities fear that this trend could spread elsewhere in the world. Even the United Nations is alarm. That body has called for British authorities to stop the trade in these dangerous substances.
