Comeback in the Foreign Ministry - Frank-Walter Steinmeier

Germany's new Foreign Minister has been here before. He held the position from 2005 to 2009. Frank-Walter Steinmeier of the SPD will have his work cut out for him in an office that has been losing its significance because important decisions are increasingly being made by the Chancellor. Among Steinmeier's tasks will be improving relations with both the United States and Russia.
