Decline makes Germany the world's 2nd biggest exporter behind China

German exports tumbled 18.4- percent last year from 2008 amid weak demand in Europe and North America. The German Statistics Office reports the value of exports fell to 803- Bbillion Euros. The decline now makes Germany the world's 2nd biggest exporter behind China.
