Dolomite Delicacy

Today's a la carte takes us to Cortina d’Ampezzo, a winter sports resort located 1200 metres up in the Italian Dolomites. Fabio Pompanin's restaurant Al Camin is well known for its local delicacies. He loves the traditional cuisine of his hometown. For Euromaxx à la carte, he serves up crusted venison with potato rostis and beetroot puree.
