What happens to the infrastructure after AFCON?

The winners of the Africa Cup of nations will emerge on Sunday. Nigeria and Ivory Coast play the final match in Africa's biggest football tournament at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Abidjan. But after the final whistle blows, what happens to this newly revamped stadium or any of the other expensive AFCON infrastructure paid for with borrowed funds?
