Euromaxx à la carte - Skrei with Risotto from Norway

Skrei is a type of cod and a much-loved winter delicacy in Norway. It is caught in large numbers from January until Easter. Today it is being prepared for us by Esteban Villalpando, head chef at the Lofoten Fiskerestaurant in Oslo.
