With more and more people paying closer attention to what they eat, a former fast food industry executive has started up a new restaurant in Frankfurt offering healthy menu choices, served fast and in appealing surroundings. If the concept proves successful, the owner plans to expand to other German cities.
Winter Sports Resort Trysil, Norway
We visit the Norwegian region of Trysil where the sport of skiing was apparently born. Trysil was home to the first ever skiing club and locals claim that the first skiing competition was held there in the mid-19th century.
