Fighting HIV in Burkina Faso

HIV infections are increasing in Burkina Faso -- due in part to the prostitution that takes place near the gold mines. Most of the miners prefer unprotected sex. But an NGO is taking steps to make the sex workers more aware of the dangers of HIV.
