Flashback: John F. Kennedy in Berlin

When President Kennedy visited the western half of the divided city in 1963, hundreds of thousands of people came to hear his historic speech outside Schöneberg Town Hall. Wally Peters lived opposite the building fifty years ago. From her balcony, she witnessed the crowd's jubilation when he spoke the words, "Ich bin ein Berliner."
