German Train Traffic off the Rails

Train delays are threatening to derail Germans' reputation as the world's most punctual people. Traffic at one of Germany's main transit hubs has all but ground to a halt, as understaffing at the national railway company, Deutsche Bahn, is trying the patience of German commuters.
