Foreign Minister Heiko Maas has reaffirmed Germany's offer to airlift Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny to Berlin for medical treatment. It wouldn't be the first time that doctors at Berlin's Charité hospital treated a Russian Kremlin critic who may have been poisoned.
