Hungarian Szeged goulash

April 8, 2014

Szeged Goulash is basically spicy stew with pork, sauerkraut and sour cream. Some people claim that it's named after the town of Szeged, which is known for its paprika, while others call the dish Székély Goulash in honor of Jozsef Székély, the 19th-century Hungarian journalist and poet. Chef Frank Sándor prepared it for euromaxx á la carte.
