Turkey is in the grip of a wave of anti-Americanism, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan blaming Washington for a collapse in the currency. The US embassy in Ankara was even targeted by a drive-by shooting, as local Turks continue to protest across the country. However, anti-Americanism is nothing new in Turkey as Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul.
