German gov't agrees on new immigration laws

The German labor market is booming, employment is at a record high and the economy is experiencing its longest growth period ever. To stay competitive, many German businesses need qualified, skilled workers from abroad. After months of wrangling over migration issues, Germany's coalition government has finally reached a deal.
