Inside Europe: Helping migrants escape abuse in Libya

Leaders from the EU and the African Union met for a two day summit in the Ivory Coast’s capital Abidjan this week. And the problems in one country in particular dominated the talks – Libya. The Tripoli government has agreed to allow migrants facing abuse in detention camps there to be evacuated. Teri Schultz reports.
