Inside Europe: Italy's new stance on immigration

Italy's new government has wasted no time pushing the EU to overhaul its rules on asylum seekers. Giuseppe Conte, once again prime minister, wants to set up a temporary system whereby migrants landing in Italian ports would be immediately transferred to other countries. The new interior minister is tasked with leading these efforts. A woman and largely unknown technocrat. Megan Williams reports.
