Nordic countries are often seen as very environmentally friendly. Norway, for example, is the undisputed leader in electric cars. But the region's auto industry got a shock recently when two researchers went on a mystery shopping tour of 80 car dealers across Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Iceland. More often than not they were told not to buy electric models. Nik Martin reports.
