A new twist has emerged in the attempted poisoning of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia. Czech Radio has reported that the two suspects, believed to be Russian military intelligence officers, were in the Czech Republic in October 2014, the same time that Skripal was allegedly briefing Czech intelligence on Russian spying activity.
